1. Demo and Evaluation

Product demonstrations are provided free of charge. No billing occurs during the evaluation phase unless a formal subscription agreement is signed.

2. Subscription Refunds

Refund terms for paid school subscriptions are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed during the onboarding process. Generally, refunds are calculated pro-rata based on usage period.
